At last I am back in China and meeting up with Rongxian (Ruth) my darling wife. We have not been together since she returned back to work on 24/08/2016.
That was 4 days after our Wedding – so I suppose you could call this our Honeymoon.
I was pleased to see a building Tower with my initials on it (Bob McLaughlin) Ha Ha.
I have travelled from Summer in New Zealand to Winter here in China and I am feeling it. In fact – I am not sure when I was last in 7 Degrees C. Good job the Hotel has central heating.
Ruth and I have clocked up many steps around Shanghai. I must say, they have a great Metro system. You can get anywhere on the Underground Trains – so quick and no long wait for the next train. On Christmas Day we went to a Church – all the Carols were in Chinese but I knew the tunes.
